Vaxtor ALPR Video Analytics Works with Nx

Vaxtor is an OCR engine software with both OCR engine and management software 100% developed by Vaxtor in-house, giving Vaxtor the ability to fine-tune the license plate “grammar” to achieve a very high accuracy rate. Currently, the license plate library can fully support up to 191 countries/districts with full optimization.

ALPR from Vaxtor operates on two platforms: Camera Edge (AXIS camera) and standard PCs with any ONVIF-compliant IP surveillance camera. In addition, the VaxALPR and its plugins are not only limited to detecting license plates but also vehicle speed, direction, blocklisted car, unauthorized car, red-light running, mobile ALPR, and more search criteria. Some common applications include basic vehicle entry, detection of highway speed limits, secure detection of vehicles suspicious to the area in smart city projects, etc.
