Your path to joining the Nx team starts with a transparent and organized interview process, designed to highlight your unique strengths and assess how well you resonate with our culture and objectives

STEP 1

Recruiter Screening

The first interview is a Google video interview with an Network Optix recruiter, lasting approximately 30-45 minutes.

Manager Interview expand_more

STEP 2

Manager Interview

After passing the initial stages, you will have a one-hour interview with the Nx hiring manager via Google Meet.

Panel Interviews

You may be required to attend 1-2 panel interviews, each lasting around 2 hours and involving a max of 4 panelists.
