Calipsa Detect Object Detection Works with Nx

Calipsa Detect is integrated with Powered by Nx products via the Nx Server API.  With no hardware required, the plug-in integration is able to pull video streams from cameras in the Nx System to be analyzed by Calipsa Detect cloud-based AI video analytics. When human or vehicle movement is detected, Calipsa Detect sends an alert to Nx Witness, which then bookmarks the corresponding video footage as an Event to be reviewed by system operators.

Calipsa Detect Object Detection Capabilities 

Calipsa Detect uses object detection analytics to detect the presence of humans and vehicles in video streams. In addition to object detection, Calipsa Detect features a false alarm deep learning algorithm designed to help security operations centers manage high false alarm volumes by filtering out 93% of alarms not caused by human or vehicle movement.
