On the market for an accurate, fast, and developer-friendly LPR solution for use in your Nx Witness VMS (or other Powered by Nx product)?
Plate Recognizer provides highly-accurate license plate recognition (LPR, ALPR, ANPR) software. Plate Recognizer features include:
- Works on dark, blurry, low-res images and tough angles, all vehicle types, etc. See our full ALPR results.
- Decodes license plate, vehicle type (i.e. SUV, van, pickup truck), vehicle make and model (i.e. Honda Accord), color, and orientation.
- Is optimized for all 50 USA States, India, Brazil, and 90+ countries worldwide.
- Identifies the right plate, rather than bumper stickers, car signs, etc.
- Shows results in the dashboard or ParkPow, Plate Recognizer’s full ALPR dashboard.
Plate Recognizer is integrated with Powered by Nx products via the Nx Server API and works in conjunction with the Nx Rules Engine.
Upon the detection of motion, the Nx Rules Engine sends video recorded in Nx Witness VMS to Plate Recognizer via an HTTP request. Plate Recognizer then analyzes the clip and displays the detected license plate in the Park Pow dashboard for further investigation.
